I have been wavering between 190 and 191 but I'm claiming 190 because I KNOW I will NOT be in the 190's next week! Tried Zumba for the Wii for the first time last night with the hubby and WOW! No wonder dancers have insane bodies. I hope to work up to an intermediate workout by next week because the low intensity one is crazy hard!
Kristen- Thanks for posting about the Olivia method... I think I understand it a bit more but might wait until school is over so I can fully commit... not sure if I have enough brain power at the end of the day to do all those calculations... we shall see!0 -

I'm not going to lie...I'm a little disappointed. I worked a TON of hours last week and hardly had a chance to eat. I slept VERY little and was irritable beyond words. SO....I have read Kristen's Olivia Method post and I decided I will be trying that this whole week. I work tonight and tomorrow night then I have 3 nights off in a row...WHICH I AM KEEPING. lol. I have to stress that for myself not so much for anyone else. I have to remind myself that money isn't as important as my health and I need this break from the over-time.
So....Here is to another week and hoping this is the week I pull out and make a noticeable change. Happy Monday everyone!0 -

Last week was tough for me, Aunt Flo came to visit and I get terrible when she is in town. SO I am hoping that the weight gain is water, but I kinda just ate without caring last week, and didn't workout not even walks around the office. I am really going to have to step it up if I want to meet my first goal.

I don't know what's going on. I drank my water, didn't skip any meals, exercised over 300 minutes, burned lots of calories, stayed under my calorie goal and had the largest gain since I started losing weight.0
