I usually do 1/2 cup of frozen berries, water, protein powder, and voila! :-)

1 cup frozen berries (i like raspberries), 1 banana, 1/2 scoop protein powder, ice, and water. I find that the milk-based smoothies are too rich for me.

    The ones I make are

150g of frozen fruit (red summer fruits or black forest fruits)
    2 low fat fruit yogurts
    100ml skimmed milk

This makes about 3 smoothies and each is about 150 cals approx

Reminds me I need to make one tonight lol x

I use 1/2 cup skin milk and 1/2 cup nonfat yogurt then add whatever fruit I think sounds good! I'll add some peanut butter or protein powder if I want some extra protein.

Pineapple (frozen) and strawberry (fresh) about half of each. I add a little water for texture and a little sugar to get the right taste back. You could use sweetener instead of course.

I actually put a recipe out there - call it Deb's fruit smoothie. It is real easy and good:

    8 oz 1% milk
1 container low fat vanilla yogurt
frozen fruit - 1 cup (give or take)

blend all together. I'll also throw in coconut or nutmeg and different spices to change it up. very filling and delicious, especially in the summer.

    8oz Silk coconut milk
    1/2 - full banana (I prefer frozen)
    1-2 handfuls of fresh spinach
plus any other fruit you want - I mix it up so I'm not having the same thing every day
pineapple, strawberries, peaches, etc -- just one or a combo if you're feeling frisky

I like all my fruit frozen so the smoothie has a thick milk shake consistency. And if your mornings are as hectic as mine, I found that investing in a Cuisinart mixer was well worth it! You blend the smoothie in the cup you drink from, remove the blade attachment, and put on a travel lid. Love it!!
