Jillian Michaels often talks about using almond butter instead of peanut butter. I checked out the labels and there really isn't any nutritional difference. Is one really better than the other?

Almonds are a great source of vitamin E, which is a difficult vitamin to get via food sources without supplementing. Almond butter also has more calcium, magnesium and iron than peanut butter -- at least according to the labels I've read.0

Thanks! I like either one in my post workout protein shake, but if I can get more nutrients out of it, then almond butter it is!0
