Introducing ... me :)

Hello,

Just joined up here last Wednesday. My daughter is in wellness and recommended this site to both my wife and I. The biggest thing I've seen so far is that I was unconsciously nibbling and grazing too much, especially when making a meal. Now, if i eat or drink it, it's logged. Made a huge difference in my perception of what I consume; and a positive outcome in less than a week.

Till later....
Kurt

Logging is incredibly important. You are so right.

The first step to eliminating body fat, is carefully tracking everything you eat.

Regarding snacking - you will have to totally end snacking, to lose body fat. the way to do this - cut those carbohydrates.

Eat far less potatoes, fruit, pasta, rice and of course bread. Slash carbohydrates, and you will naturally stop snacking! Enjoy!

Thanks all for the welcome. The most difficult part for me is when out camping. The old snacking habits come on strong but I beat it into submission this past weekend with a lot of water... and running to the restrooms and more water... continuous loop here.
