    Ummmm weeeelllllll hopefully next week I will see some results from eating more to lose weight. I'm up 3.6 lbs from last week.My workouts consist of 35 minutes of strength training every other day and in the days between 60 minutes of cardio or 30 minutes of HIIT. I've lost a few inches in some places and gained some in other places. Its frustrating but I'm really trying to give this a real chance before I try something different.

    I started exercising this week. Pretty much every muscle group is hurting to some extent, so I hope I'm just retaining water to build/repair muscle. I feel like I'm starting to tighten up and there's definitely more muscle in my legs, so hopefully by next week the weight will start to go down. Otherwise I'm going to get really depressed.

    Well, still not loving the 190's, but not sure anything can get me down today. My divorce will be final in about 4 hours!! There may be some celebrating tonight! :) I think next week I'll try to focus on increasing my water intake as C25K seems to be messing with my scale.

    I needed that... like a swift kick in the butt... I'm back ladies... looking to post a BIG number next week.... I know alot of what is hanging around is water weight... I didn't go over my calories, but I ate high sodium foods and didn't drink enough water... starting P90X again tonight... :drinker:

    That can't all be fat, because I didn't eat that much over my calories, but it's still really disheartening to see that. Oh well. This week will be better.

    I overslept and basically had to run out the door. I'll weigh tomorrow morning and post it. I know I won't be on the chart, but didn't even have time to brush my teeth this morning let alone step on the scale :blushing:

    Ok, this is getting depressing, I have got to get myself back to a good place and being dedicated to the new me! All week last week the scales moved up and down and today I was up a pound overall, not good, but could be worse. I gotta do better and get this journey moving the right direction!!!     Yeah! Met my first mini goal early. When I stepped on the scale the first time this morning I was actually in Onederland. I didn't belive it so I tried again...and again...and again. It was stubbornly insistant that it was 200. I guess it was just a tease for next week.

    Well, the trip this last week was not as bad as I thought it would be - not much progress but at least I didnt move backwards! Now if I can just get through the trip this week things should be good!

    Looks like a couple of you ladies will be hitting onederland shortly!! I must admit I'm a little jealous but also extremely happy for you guys!! Hoping to get there myself by the end of the summer. I managed to hit my halfway mark this week so that has really motivated me to get my butt moving. Great losses this week!
