It took me about a 100 days, but I did it! My advice is to stick with it. Those last few are the hardest pounds to lose, but if your priority is being healthy and getting fit, you will eventually get there!

Thank you, MFP pals!!!

You looked amazing before but wow, afterwards even moreso. Great job! You are such an inspiration, we are similar size and your end result is my goal. Love those abs :)
  • I normally don't comment much, but I had to say: you have fantastic abs!! What an inspiration! Congrats on your success. :)
  • I would love to know your eating / exercising routine, too! We are similar and I'm trying to get to the 120's!

Thanks so much for posing, you look amazing.

Whoa, you look awesome! What was your routine??

Running 5 days a week, circuit training twice a week, one day of full body HIT, and on off days I walked on an incline.

I mostly stayed around 1200 calories, without eating back exercise calories... But it really just depended on how I felt that day. I even had some cheat days. :)

Thanks, everyone! When I posted this, I felt like my pictures didn't have that much of a noticeable change, but your words have encouraged me! :)

Oh there is definitely a difference! Thinner all over and tighter core muscles. Body changes are gradual so it's often easier for other people to notice our changes before we do.

    You definitely look incredible!

Can you provide a little more detali about your workout or send me a message about them? I am similar in body type to you and would love to see better results like yours! I have recently started running as well - half marathon training in progress - so hopefully that will help! Also - congrats on hitting your goals! You look awesome!

My workout routine for the last few months has pretty much stayed the same. I did do a 15k and a half marathon in last few months, so my mileage was steadily increasing. In the last couple weeks, I have backed off on miles since I don't plan to do another half until November, and I am working on speed. Since I started speed training my last few pounds just FELL OFF. Here's how it goes:

Monday: Upper Body Circuit Training & 3 mile run
Tuesday: Walking on the treadmill at 4 mph at 5% incline for 3-4 miles
Wednesday: Lower Body Circuit Training & 3 mile run
    Thursday: Four mile run
Friday: Full Body HIT and 2 mile walk at 4 mph at 5% incline
    Saturday: Four mile Run
Sunday: Long Run (I've been doing 6, but before I was running up 13)

My calorie level was at 1200 most of the time and sometimes I ate back some of my exercise calories, sometimes I ate them all, and sometimes I ate none. I really just let how I was feeling guide me.

You both are taller than me, so 125 is probably harder for you to get to than it was for me.... which was pretty dang hard. LOL
  • How long did it take you hun? amazing!!!! xxx
