So i've been taking part in HIIT (high intensity interval training) the concept is simple: go your hardest for anywhere from 8-30 seconds then going about 25-50% for 8-20 seconds! Your heart rate goes up and down and you sweat a ton! It's such an AWESOME workout. I've tried it on the cybex arc trainer and the stationary bike!

I love doing high intensity training, I do it 3 days a week. It's the most time efficient cardio workout for me!0

I use the Hiit workouts for days that I have less than 25 minutes to workout...I absolutely love them!0
