But whatever. I need workouts that work these effing LOVE HANDLES!!! Help a girl out! These are my biggest (in every sense of the word) problem area, I just want them gone. I do Russian twists, sit ups, leg lifts, I walk, Squats, lunges. UGH! What can I do?

    Just keep going.
    Nothing will do just them.

    Get the body fat low.

    Running and swimming are the best.

    I've started watching this. One of my MFP friends mentioned to watch my sodium, which I never had even looked at, and I don't do a lot of caffeine. Thanks
