    I'm 5'3" and lost 40 pounds. I started in a size 14 (pushing 16!) and now a 4 is best, although I do wear some 2's and some 6's.

    I was a 24W in pants, now I'm a 6. What is that, like 9 or 10 sizes? I'm also a 4 in dresses now. Hm...

Then: 5'6 and my heaviest was 230, size 18 pants (could have wore a 20, but never let myself) and XXL shirts.

Now: 5'6, 155lbs. size 6 or 8 for pants (just depends on brand) and S/M for shirts.

The last pair of Jeans I bought was a Levi's size 22W. Just this weekend I tried on and could fit the Levi's regular size 16 Bold Curve ID jeans! Sizes vary by brand though.

    5'3.75"

Starting - 186 lbs. / pants size 16 (but squeezed into 14 due to the river in Egypt) / Shirt size... my mom's old cast offs and any L/XL I could find that was probably mismarked.

Current - 159 lbs. / pants size 10 (and about to drop again) / shirt size Medium to Large depending on cut

Couldn't get into my size 26 stretchy jeans a year ago. Now I'm able to at least try on size 16 regular jeans(not stretchy). Was barely able to wear size 3x shirts. Now I'm wearing xl and some larges. The biggest thing I noticed was my neck size. Barely able to put on a 20" necklace but now when I measured my neck it's 14". What a change.

It all depends on your frame. I'm 5'8. My start weight was 194 in size 14 dress pants and jeans. I've lost 31lbs and am now at 163 but I've only gone down one pant size to a 12 in both dress pants and jeans.

    I am 5ft 3
    Was 179
    Size 16 ( a tight 16 )
    Now, 30+lbs later, I'm a size 10, 147lbs and I'm still 5ft 3. Damn it. lol
  • I'm 5"6 and now weigh 150lb (have been down to 147lb but just got back from holiday) am now a UK12 and have just bought US8 jeans while on holiday in the US. Roughly I dropped a dress size for every stone (14lbs) I lost but have also been to gym and been toning up so some of the inches lost are from toning I think. Now at my goal (well once I get back to 147) and happy with my size.
  • I started at a i don't even know, 22 or 24. Have lost a little over 60 pounds, now wear a 16/18 in pants. My next goal is a size 14 and will go from there. Would love to be a size 8 ultimately, I am 5'7"

    I'm 5'6"

At 230, I wore 1X-2X shirts and size 18W-20W pants

At 202 (now), I wear Lg-XL shirts and size 14-16 pants (depending on brand)

So, I guess I've lost 3-4 sizes and 28lbs. My goal is another 32lbs, so I expect to be down another 2-3 sizes (Med-Lg shirt and 10-12 pants).

They used to tell us 7 pounds was a dress size but I think it's alittle higher than that.

    SW: 181
    Size 14 pants, L/XL Tops

    CW: 155
    Size 8-10 pants, M/L Tops

Did that in 4 months. Have held that size for a year and am now on the journey to lose about 20 more pounds and tone up!
  • I started weighing about 193, wore size 14 (my biggest ever!) I now weigh 182, wearing a size 8 (YAY!!). My weight hasn't gone down too much (obviously) but I am losing crazy body fat, while building lean mass. I would like to lose 20 more pounds, really focusing on my bf %. I'm 5'7
