Crazy fast weight loss

I will say this has been bizarrely fast. It started as a New Year’s resolution, to stop eating so much processed food. I knew some weight loss would come along with that, because I was monitoring the quantity I ate, but I didn’t expect the level to or the speed at which it happened.

I haven't changed the amount of exercise I do. I have always walked the dog and walked to and from work, approximately 4 miles per day.

I have changed my eating habits. I am sticking to around 1,500 calories per day. I am on all whole foods, no preservatives, no refined sugar, no artificial sweeteners diet.

    You're the epitome of what Michael Pollan says: Eat food, not too much, mostly plants. And when he says food, he means FOOD. Not overly processed food like products.

    hahaha, I am still wearing it. I had a pair of pants fall off me - literally the most embarrassing NSV ever! Anyway, I have been sticking to a lot of dresses since then.

    Look into getting it taken in. Sometimes it's cheaper than a new wardrobe.
