I have an hour glass figure. I tend to do a lot of cardio. I love to run. Last summer I was running 8 miles a day and I plan to get back to that but for now I just run 4.

Pretty sure i'm a rectangle. I've been told I have the shape of a teenage boy. :( Boo for not being blessed with curves!

I just did my measurements, my Waist is 7 inches smaller than both my Chest and Hips.
My Hips are only 3 inches larger than my Chest.
I read I am considered an hourglass as well?
    Is that right?

Rectangle I think. I have a small chest, small hips and a waist that doesn't go in that much. LOVE low-waist trousers! :-)

Edit: May be a strawberry. I didn't know about the strawberry. But I still suspect I'm a rectangle.

    In.

    As in, "in shape."

Wherever you carry your weight (bottom, middle, etc), losing that fat off will help you improve your shape. And then toning exercises will help firm it up, but really I think most people's problem is having fat OVER their problem areas. Working that area too much, esp. if it is your thighs, is going to add bulk there.

Just focus on losing the lbs and you will shrink. :flowerforyou:
