My butt hurts

My butt, thighs, and calves all hurt really back but i promised myself that i would go for a walk EVERYDAY at work... i even went yesterday before it snowed.. I will admit that i didn't go as far as i usually do but it was cold!!

Do any of you just have those days when you don't want to exercise but you know that you HAVE to?
I feel like if i don't go one day that could ruin it all....

    Yes, I know what you mean. I had those days last week. :frown: :smile: I'm doing my on personal challenge to workout 6 days a week no matter what at least 30 min.:drinker: :drinker:
  • Yes, I had that day yesterday. Thanks to our buddy system, Jewls got me out there walking after lunch. I did feel better. Some days you just want to take a break...........lol
    They say we should keep up the walking and exercise for at least the first month and not stop, who know's. All I know is that I just wanted to stop yesterday! Good luck to ya!

    I usually feel like that but when I do I just do something that you wouldnt think is excercise like walk your dog,go swimming,Put some good music on a dance little stuff like that.

    I was SOOOOO sore this morning, did a practice PT test Tuesday and it kicked my butt (but I kicked its butt first:laugh: ) Anyways... I really really didn't want to go run this morning... but at the same time I really wanted the calories that I knew I would earn from my 60 min run.... so what motivated me was food! :laugh: :laugh: how funny is that, oh well what ever gets my butt out there. I did feel much better soreness wise after doing it though. Strange.

    I feel the same way. I can have a pork sandwich tonight or the sandwich AND coleslaw. I really want the coleslaw, so I am going for a 40 minute walk before or after dinner. :smile:

    Everday is a struggle to exercise lol.

    I take my workout clothes to work and change before I leave and go to the gym straight from work.

    I live less than a mile from the gym but once I get home it is hard to go back out after a long day at work.
