Well that depends... My highest known weight was 224. At that weight I was a 18-20 in pants and 20-22 in tops. I have anything from a size 15 pant in my closet that fit ok with a belt down to a size 6 pair of shorts that I just purchased this past weekend. I am now hovering around 164 and am 5'8. In tops I am a medium to large now, bras 36-38dd-ddd. Sizes sure are strange. It depends on the manufacturer and where you carry your weight on your body what size you will end up being at your ideal weight. I will have to lose a bit more weight since I am an apple and still have a gut that I do not like.0

213 pounds and a very tight size 16 jeans (seven for all mankind) brand

eta- I`m 5foot 5inches0 -
from an 18/20 - 2x (though i was into 22/24 at times) at 'large' clothing stores
to a medium at regular stores now.
from size 20 jeans, to size 10 (gotta love this new vanity sizing *chuckling as thanks to that i sometimes even wear a size 8 dress pants!)
i am broad shouldered though, and not small busted *L*.. so dresses are a bit of a challenge, still dealing with a large or 14 at times if the dress is not stretchy as need the extra to fit across my chest/shoulders.
oops... sorry, forgot to mention i am 5' 7 1/4".. was 242 when i started losing.0 -
Started at 323/ size 28/30
currently 190/ size 12/14
It's taken 14 months and a week so far.
Oh and I'm 5'70 -
Hello,
Originally, my size was a 24! Very Scary! Now, I'm a baggy size 16 and won't buy anything until I can fit into a 14! I have a friend who weighs 178 pds and is a size 12!! She does a lot of strength training, so weight can be VERY DECEPTIVE in regards to your BMI weight. You could put on two pounds of muscle and go down two pant sizes! My waist circumference was 45.5 (deadly) and now it's 39 inches. I have a long ways to go! I hope that answers some questions.:flowerforyou:0 -
from a size 22 (2007-half of 2008) to 18 in 2008 till 2011, now Im in between an 18-16...but most of 16 fit now, 18s are starting to fall down, hurray!:D0

I've always heard that losing or gaining 10 pounds is about equal to 1 size and that has pretty much been my experience. But I guess it does depend on your shape...0
