    Get rid of the luggage you call a purse. Grab a wristlet much sexier looking. Don't need to carry all that crap around. Not good for your shoulders or back.

    The "clown nose" is my favorite answer so far!

    iPhone, wallet, checkbook, about 8 different color pens, Sudoku puzzle book, ear buds, tissue, USB drive, keys, Id and key fob for work, nail clippers, pain reliever, bills that need paying, receipts from last weeks' trip, cough drops, hand sanitzier, lipstick that I never wear, lip balm, a mini-carbiner with 8 "customer reward" key tags on it... and some more stuff in the bottom, but I'm afraid to put my hand in that far.
    I have a nose in my purse too. It's not a clown nose though, it is a foam "human" nose. One of the kids put it in there, but I have nooooo idea where it came from in the first place!

    I usually carry a backpack instead of a purse, but my basics are my wallet, my keys, mace, a knife, a cell phone charger, my camera, a hairbrush, deodorant, water, chapstick, a small flashlight, and a snack bar. :) You never know! I actually wish I had a mini multitool or something too...
