oh i love this, i 1st heard of this years ago at a ww meeting. u think 1/4 lb is nothing, " i ONLY lost a 1/4 lb" until u c a stick of butter, then a 1/4 lb means so much more!

I use gallons of milk. I give them a value of 8 lbs each. It is just something that has always helped me. Sticks of butter may of been a better idea as they would be easier to place back on your body. Where the milk jugs can be tricky!! Congrats on your weight loss!0 -

Sometimes its helps me to "picture" my weight loss in other forms. I like sticks of butter. As of this morning, I have lost 80 sticks of butter. Imagine THAT sitting on a table!

As of this morning's weight I've lost 422 sticks of butter - ironic in a way because I'm lactose intolerant. Good thing I got rid of all that butter! :laugh:0
