How should I know If I'm eating enough?

Hi all,
MFP set me at 1220 cals a day.
I'm 5'44 and weight 145.5 lbs.
I'm doing 30 DS. Just started L03.
In one month I already lost a total of 12inches  , but only 0.4 lbs :ohwell:
Currently I've been burning around 2000 cals/week and I eat all my exercise calories.
I changed my % in my goals:
- Carbohydrates 45%
- Protein 30%
- Fat 25%
I's difficult to don't pass sugar. As I'm lactose intolerant I eat 1 yogurt and a piece of fruit and there goes sugar limit. I'm looking for yogurts with less and sugar each week.
Several calculators set my "Daily Calorie Requirements" in 1735.
I would like to lose some weight but it's being difficult. In your opinion, Am I eating enough calories?
Tks in advance for all your answers.
Kisses,
Tatyanne

sugar from the 2 fruits a day are fine.
Almond milk for lactose or just take the pills and drink milk.0 -
