When I added up the calories of my ingredients I got 40 calories per cookie, and it only made enough for 19 cookies. And yes I did use a table spoon. But they were good !

I experimented with this yesterday and they turned out delicious.

    2 bananas
    1 apple-peeled
2 cups of old fashioned oatmeal
    1/2 tsp of vanilla
    1 tsp of cinnamon
    stevia/truvia sweetner to taste

Blend Banana and apple together in a blender
Pour into a bowl with oatmeal, cinnamon and vanilla
    mix well
    1 table spoon per cookie

makes about 36 cookies and are roughly 25 calories per cookie
    Bake @ 375 for 15 minutes

When you say "oatmeal", do you mean just plain oats, or cooked oats made into oatmeal? Also, should the oats be ground to make a flour?

So is it cooked oatmeal NOT dry oats?

These sound really great, good idea....I like to slice up a little banana into my morning oatmeal; makes it taste a little like banana pudding...I'm giving these a try, cookies are my favorite :)

Okay so I forgot to buy apples when I was out today so I didn't have that, but I added an additional half of a banana in place of it. The consistency was pretty bad (I blame myself because I didn't use the apple which probably would've helped, and I also didn't press down the batter when I put it in the oven, so it come out like a ball), but taste-wise it was amazing! I will make these again, and make sure I have the apple.

    Thanks so much!
