2 months progress (swimsuit pics)

These pictures were taken exactly two months apart. I weigh exactly the same in both pictures - 157 lbs, but have dropped about 3% body fat between them. THIS is what heavy lifting and eating right can do to your body. It will not make you look like a man!
For the first time I am excited to wear my swimsuit in public! :)
(please excuse the awful tan lines in the pictures, lol.)

    You can definitely tel the difference, you look great! Lifting weights can truly make a difference without taking away the femine look! Great Job!

    i am. i dont have the total on hand, but i have lost a couple inches total around my bust/waist/hips and my thighs and arms have gained inches (but are shaped very differently) from lifting.

    You can definately see a big difference. You are a great example of how eating more and doing some weight training can make a huge difference and does work. Well done xx

    what kind of lifting are you doing?

    until last week i had been doing body pump 3x a week with the heaviest weights i could handle, and doing a core conditioning class 3x a week. this past week i cut back on the body pump classes and started doing New Rules of Lifting for Women instead. And i am still doing the core conditioning classes.
