I'm having a hard time finding easy to make meals for one that don't contain MSG. I am allergic to it and get nasty migraines if I eat it. So I was wondering if anyone could suggest some healthy but good premade foods that don't contain MSG. Or even snacks would be fine. I can't believe that some companies claim to be good for you but then put additives like MSG in their food. What's the purpose of that? I mean...seriously...it's healthiest when you leave out the additives, ok.

Can you eat glutamate or that's out too?

I think it is just Monosodium glutamate and not just glutamate. I've eaten other types of glutamate and have not had an issue.

At a glance the Amy's Organic meals in our freezer at home didn't appear to have MSG.
