    Great job... you are a true inspiration for those out there trying to lose weight the right way with proper diet and exercise.... but I only have 1 questions.... why in your picture of you and your new self.... AREN'T YOU SMILING BIGGER?????

    Great work, well done on adjusting to meet your body's needs. You look great and I bet you feel amazing :-) Who would have thought that you can eat more and lose weight, it goes against everything we think doesn't it - but it WORKS, I am with you - you gotta eat enough to make your body burn that unwanted fat because you are in deficit - but not a massive deficit. Confuse the metabolism that's what I think!
