No vegetables or fruit? Complex carbs are needed for brain function and I doubt theres enough in a shake, probably all those shakes will give you diarrhea...0

I plan on doing it tomorrow as a detox-type thing and I was wondering if anyone's done it before and for how long.
Here's my plan for it
Breakfast - protein shake
Lunch - protein shake
Dinner - can of tuna
plus a ton of water
Calorie total - 800

If you're looking for a way to *detox* you might consider asking others if there's a safer alternative.
A safe fast can detox your body of built up sugar and sodium overloads
as long as you're planning on eating sensible portion meals that stay within your dietary guidelines
of calories/carbs/fat/protein/fiber/sodium/sugar AFTER a day or two of *detoxing*
but THIS regime is NOT one I'd recommend

If you're looking for a way to feel like ****, you could just drink a fifth of jack daniels and make yourself fall down the stairs.

WOW! in a word .... NO! that is a horrible diet! and how long would you actually last on that? after 2 days i would be done!
