1 week on MFP and 4lbs off :)

Well first week on here done and have lost 4lb! I started dieting and going to my local gym 6 weeks ago, have now lost 13lb all in but since joining here and counting my calories which to be honest I'm shocked at the amount of fat/carbs etc in foods that I thought was "good for you" I feel alot more positive and motivated to lose this weight! its great to just diarise my food intake...I'm really enjoying this weightloss plan and hope everyone else is too
