exercise...I have arthritis so it's tough sometimes to do a long slog on the bike or elliptical or (especially) walking. Is it okay if i do a morning 20-30 mins and an afternoon 20-30 mins as oppossed to 45-60 mins once a day? c'mon exercise people...help!

As long as you are doing a minimum of 10 minutes each time, you are kosher.
Why not do 30 twice as hard?0 -

My mom has inflammatory arthritis and rheumatoid arthritis, and the most she does on a treadmill is 30 minutes at a time..and if it hurts then stop.0
