I'm a journalist with unpredictable schedule and often work through lunch, which means a lot of salads. I try to make enough dinner for leftovers for the next day's lunch, but I don't always have time to make dinner because I'm working. Never knowing my schedule from day to day has been my biggest challenge.0

Director in a financial org in the City of London.
Im not willing to do the "stuff a sandwich into my face at my desk while i read my laptop screen" thing, so I typically eat a lot of Japanese food (noodles / sushi) freshly made soups and have a couple of whey shakes a day too.
I probably average 3 hrs between "meals".
6 light meals is my norm. Around 1500 calories daily.

I am a nurse! With the long hours I do it it sometimes really hard to eat properly and healthily, there are ALWAYS chocolates and junk food given to us as well which is super hard to resist! I usually eat something substantial on my breaks which will keep me going! I also find it really useful to have MFP on my phone to always track everything that I'm eating. I'm usually always on my feet all day which helps to burn it off as well! x0

I'm a medical laboratory technician, and work 2nd shift. 3-11:30 pm. On my off days, I cook and freeze, so that I can grab and go when it is time for work! Eating a lot of high fiber meals keep me feeling fuller and tend do curb the late night snacking when I get home. Good luck, everyone!0 -

Hello I'm Kiera
I am a massage therapist who works from home. Although there's some pressure to look good on my job I find the fact of being home a lot easier for me to make better food choices. I eat like a toddler nibbling on healthy snacks throughout the entire day- no real meals just like 30 snacks. Foods like hemp hearts, almonds, spirulina in juice, V8, and all fruits and vegetables- and I get pretty much all the vitamins, minerals, and fibers that I need through out the whole day.
So you might think being home all day may make me kind of lazy, well it does. LOL so that's why I put a cross trainer in my living room so there are no excuses for a missed work out.
I love this "myfitnesspal" I always thought I consumed a lot less food until I actually kept track and I realized I didn't exercise nearly enough. Now I am making adjustments I love how it motivates me to make better choices, be wise with my calorie intake, and push myself to exercise off any extra calories.

I am a Probation Officer for juveniles who decide that rules don't apply to them. I am able to pack my lunch 99% of the time, and snacks. But some days the snacks go by the wayside because I'm stuck in Court or driving to 8 schools to check on the little angels. Activity levels vary. If I do home visits, I'm in and out of the car about 12 times in day, same with school visits. Yesterday I was at a school and because the staff wanted me to "intervene" with kids who have behavioral problems but are not even on probation, my lunch was hour and a half late. This can play havoc with someone who gets migraines
I pass by Premier Fitness on my way home every day. In fact, it is right at the corner of where I turn off of the main road to my neighborhood, so if I do not stop and go in I feel guilty0 -
I'm a drug dealer. Seriously.0

I'm a 9-1-1 Operator and Jailer. I work 2p-10p so I pack my lunch, dinner and snacks...sometimes I can get around to eating them, sometimes I can't. We stay so busy and shorthanded (turnaround is crazy) that I have to eat at my desk/station.
I also have a small home-based cake/cupcake/cookie baking business which is hell on my willpower, but it's my passion. I rely on my family/friends/coworkers/boyfriend to do my taste-testing for me!0 -
I am a military liaison officer. I prepare my dinner meal the night before so that I can take it to work the next day. I also keep a plethora of healthy snacks on me at all times. Fortunately I am able to get use of a gym pretty late.0
