I'm about to finish the 30 day shred video...absolutely loved it.

Now, I bought 3 more:

6 week 6 pack
no more trouble zones
Ripped in 30

Which one should I do next? My husband has P90X...but that scares me a little. Just a little.......

I'm getting a little more definition....but I definitely have a way to go....15 more pounds on a 5'2" frame so there's no one area I want to work on. There's still some marshmellow fluff over the muscles that I KNOW are there......

What do you think?

I've read great reviews about Ripped in 30, but I've not tried it out yet. (Currently doing Body revolution and loving it!) But don't be scared of P90X... I did a round of it a few years ago. You can modify any of the moves, if you need to. Insanity scares me... lol, I can't keep up with that yet.

If you want to do another 30 days in a row do RI30. If you want to add in something else do 6w6p 3 days a week and cardio the other 2 to 3 days. That is what I do. I like to mix it up.

I would do a combo of all the ones you have.

I followed 30 DS with Ripped in 30. I also find 6 week 6 pack to be a good workout- but I need to burn off the rest of the baby belly in order to see the 6 pack it left me with ;)

I liked ripped in 30. No more trouble zones is good but long - It is good to alternate that one with burn fat boost metabolism. I thought 6 week 6 pack was OK (I have only tried level 1 a couple of times).

    i did 30-day shred....liked it.

then, i took a 2-3 week break (i think) & just focused on cardio. i love to run & would take my kids in the stroller.

i am on day 2, week 1 of Ripped in 30.....i'm not liking this video at the moment as Jillian seems to be too "bossy" and her 2 "girls" are not really doing modified & advanced versions of the exercises. by friday/saturday, i plan on starting on week 2. my hamstrings are definitely sore/tight from this workout so far. i'm sweating a lot too.

since u've already done 30DS - u know Jillian's workout routine (3-2-1); it is not as noticeable in RI30 w/the "video tags" (circuit 2, abs or whatever).

cardio is what is going to get rid of the belly fat to show the six-pack underneath.

    have fun w/the workout.

I would rotate them! Do a different video each day. That is what I do anyways :). Do a certain level for like 2 weeks then move up.
  • I heard that Ripped is crazy intense. I'm doing her Body Revolution but I absolutely love the No More Trouble Zones DVD. I would probably to Ripped and NMTZ together
