Love TJ's....and am aways astonished at how little I end up spending for the goodies I get there. The roasted pecan blue cheese dip is seriously one of the most delicious things in the world... I could just eat handfulls. (I don't....its not very healthy stuff.)

The nearest TJ's is 45 mins away, but so worth the drive. We eat like royalty on a Food 4 Less budget.

We always pick up the soy yogurt & soy creamer for the dairy-free people in the family & the brown rice pasta & bread for the gluten-free others. Then we load up on:

    Wine!
    Dark chocolate
Cut flowers (not every visit, lol)
    Wild salmon
    Eggs
    Spices
    Curry sauces
    Tomato sauce, canned tomatoes
    Hatch chiles
    Wasabi roasted seaweed
    Dairy-free ice cream
    Gluten-free gingersnaps
St. Andre triple cream brie for the dairy eaters
Wholewheat handmade flour tortillas for the gluten eaters
    Nuts
    Dried cherries
    Smoked trout/sardines
    Heirloom tomatoes
  • I love Trader Joes! I like their roasted seaweed snacks, their yogurt and granola packs, their granola bars, their new Indian meals. It's also great that all their dairy products are rBST free, though we usually buy straight up Organic milk. Last I was there, I tried some of their French Vanilla ice cream, which was amazing but quite calorie heavy.

I recently moved, so now I have a TJ's just a few miles from my house!

One of my newest finds is the Valencia crunchy peanut butter with roasted flax seeds. Some of my other staples:

    Unsweetened vanilla almond milk
    Meatless meatballs
    Raw Almonds
    Dried Figs
    Low-fat mixed berry granola
Coffee (various kinds) and green tea
    Whole wheat cous cous
    brown rice pasta
    Turkey Jerky
    Masala Vegetable burgers
    Chile lime chicken burgers
    Ezekiel breads
Mango Shave cream (um, don't eat this!)
    Enrich conditioner/shampoo (I think that's the name)
    Gummi Vites (chewable multi)
    Steamed baby beets
    Grated Parmesan (so cheap)
Brie bites and goat cheese bites -- gotta love that portion control

I try to keep it healthy, but every once in awhile something naughty sneaks into my cart. Don't know how that happens...

Greek yogurt! TJ's is my favorite!
Their brand of BBQ Pop Chips (taste the same and they're cheaper!)
    Frozen quinoa with veggies
    Chicken broth
    Ketchup
BBQ sauce (love that their ketchup & BBQ sauce don't have HFCS!)
    Tuna
    Chocolately Cat Cookies
Jo-Jo's for my kid (better for her than regular Oreos and she loves them)
Savory Thin Mini Rice Crackers- Multiseed W/ Soy Sauce (tasty and crunchy!)
    Mediterranean Creamy & Smooth Hummus
    Mutli Grain Oatmeal/hot cereal
Frozen Naan (makes great individual pizzas!)

I got these "Soy Creamy" mini ice cream sandwiches from TJ's the other day.. so good and only 90 calories! It was just gone too fast...
They also always have an awesome variety of nuts and hummus. Some good boca meat too- convenient place to find some Lightlife and Morningstar products for me.
Their unsalted creamy peanut butter is also the best I've ever tried. All other natural ones develop a hard texture after a while, but this one stays nice and smooth.

Trader Joe's brand Greek yogurt is THE best, even the nonfat. I highly recommend it.
