NROLFW for weight loss???

So far I have lost 38lbs but have another 28 to go, I bought the NROLFW a few weeks ago but have been too nervous to start it...

Should I wait until I have lost a bit more weight to start or will it help with the weight loss?

How much have people lost doing this programme?

It's probably better to ask this on the group boards. I've lost about 5.7kg/12.5lb since starting it (mid Feb) but I still have around 100lbs to lose. It definitly appears to have slowed my weight loss down but my body shape has changed significantly. You might not lose scale weight but you'll get the body you want. Start now.

    BUMP!
I'm in the same position. Got the book at the weekend and now I'm scared!! I really want to start but I don't want to sabotage myself. I'm kind of leaning towards 'what i'm doing at the moment is working, so why change it?'

I'll be interested to know what others think who have done NROLFW

and btw, delmc1 and Markiel_tero, NROLFW = New Rule of Lifting for Women

Do it now - in fact start yesterday if possible...

You won't see the scales go down necessarily, but that won't matter - it's about fat loss not weight loss right?

this link has been thrown around here so many times, but check out this... http://nerdfitness.com/blog/2011/07/21/meet-staci-your-new-powerlifting-super-hero/

    start last week.

changes on the scale are slow going but you'll see huge changes in your body inch wise pretty quickly. eventually the scale catches up as long as you're eating at a deficit. i only weigh myself once every 2 weeks or so because of that
