This is me too....135-140. I've actually had 2 people int he last week say that I don't ned to lose more weight. ai'm at 157 right now. I'd really like to get into the 140's and increase my strength training.

I honeslty wouldn't even want to go below 135...on my frame it would look too thin.

I'm 5'5" and my goal is 125 because in high school I was always 120-125. Granted that was over 10 years ago and I was a competitive swimmer at the time...but I still think it's doable and healthy.

I'm 154 now. My goal is 132, but I'd be happy at 137. I've got a lot of muscle, so I'm not sure I can get to 132 or not. The last time I was that low on the scale, I was depressed and not really eating (got down to 123 before I snapped out of it)... so it's a goal, but it's flexible. If I don't feel healthy, I will stop a bit above my goal.

I'm 5' 5.5". I'm very small boned. I'm at 114 now. My original goal was 110 pounds but after looking at a website that shows different bod0y types at different weights, I think my new goal may be 106 pounds. I'll re-evaluate when I get to 110 and see for sure though. Mainly I just want a flat toned tummy and to be strong and healthy.

5'6", medium build. I started at 165 this time, highest was 180 though. Im currently at 157 hoping to be 130. I reached 140 last summer but still had belly fat. I'm hoping to fit into 27" Silver jeans... If that helps anyone picture my goal size :)

I'm 5'6". My goal is 125ish. It was always 120 until I discovered that I love lifting. Love muscle weight!

I would focus more on body fat percent than scale weight. I'm 5'6" and my goal is around 145 lbs. That sounds heavy but I run, lift, and I have a 34DD chest. I'm roughly 148 lbs now and about 23% body fat which puts me in the "fit zone". But 148 lbs and 30% body fat would look totally different. So it's going to vary based on body composition, if you see what I'm saying.

Blimey. I'm really the odd one out here. I'm just shy of 5ft 6ins and my goal weight is 155lbs.

I'm focussing on fat loss at the moment though, as I'm at 31%. Currently trying to get down to 27%. I'm sure the scales will catch up eventually.

I seem to weigh a lot more than I look, so my goal is probably 154lbs/11 stone. Although this may seem like a lot to some people, I used to be about 161 and a size 10-12 with a flat stomach. I personally don't want to be thin, so a UK size 10 with some definition would be ideal for me.

My fitness pal told me that 118-124 is the BMI. I am at 137 now, people keep telling me I shouldn't lose more weight or I will look unhealthy....So what's your goal?

I am not sure where you got the BMI, but I am 5'6 and from what I understand, someone 5'6 is between 114.6 - 154.9 lbs to be a healthy BMI range. 118-124 is not enough of a gap for all the different types of body frames and people that are 5'6. BTW my goal is to be between 130 and 125, it depends on how i look once I get to 130. I may stop there and just work on building muscle and toning.

I am 5'6 and a half...(so close to 5'6"). I am aiming for 135-140 or a size 6/8. Dr. Oz says if you were a normal weight at age 18 that was probably your optimal weight. That is where I was at 18 and everyone said I looked the best I ever had before that I was too thin

I am 5'5" and my goal is 140. Four years ago I was around 110 pounds and looked too skinny. If you feel comfortable at the weight you are at now, then stay there.

I'm 5ft 6 and currently my goal is 130lbs. At the moment I'm 189lbs. The goal is likely to change the closer I get and I may even just stick at around 150lbs. It depends on my muscle gained, how I feel and how I look. Also where my body wants to stop and feel comfortable at. If I plateau at 150lbs then thats prob where I'll stay.
