Focus area of the thighs

My big problem area is my thighs and butt area. I want to slim them down. I feel like I am getting no where. i am doing 30+ mins of cardio a day. Any ideas to trim those down? I am ready to feel great about myself for a change. Thanks

girl, you know i hate them, but squats and lunges have majorly helped my butt and legs.0

lift heavy weights and continue eating at a calorie deficit or maintenance. that will help with slimming down. i'm finding that the more i lift on my squats, lunges and deadlifts (my goal is body weight for the squats and deadlifts... almost there) the smaller my thighs get.0

It slims them, I was a 21 inch thigh and now i'm a 19 in the matter of 2weeks0

I have one word for you: INSANITY. Talk about a thigh and butt burn; my legs/quads are so sore everyday from that workout. But they are toning up very nicely. And my butt's tightening up, too. It is a killer, though. A total killer.0
