Would you say that this was a 'good' shop?

Replace the soy milk with almond milk, it's better for you (and less calories)
I've put an X by the things I personally wouldn't get. But whatever works for you.

The popcorn is the kind for popping at home, so yeah it'll be air popped and plain. The croissants are a treat, sausages and lamb are for low calorie easy protein (I have a lot of fish already) but it's not the best, I know :P What's wrong with corn on the cob, though?
Thanks for the tip on the almond milk, but it's like twice as expensiveI'll have to try it one day!

Soy milk has more protein than almond-I wouldn't really say that one is "better" unless you have a problem with either. I get the unsweetened soy milk from Trader Joes. Beans and lentils are a good buy, especially bulk and dried.0
