Anyone from New York have something they do or anywhere specific they go that really helps them with their weight loss?

    Hi, I'm from Ny and just restarted my journey. I actually lost a lot by going low carb. I eat carbs but limit bread and only have brown rice and whole wheat barilla pasta

    For me just taking long walks of the city does wonders! Try the Highline or walk instead of taking the train. Do this on top of regular workouts and you'll drop a ton and building toned legs too : )

    I'm a New Yorker and I love fitness Groupons (Living Social etc.). I buy fitness classes really cheap. It's fun to try out new studios and it changes up your workout routine, which is great to keep your body burning fat. Right now I'm taking classes at NDG Fitness and FunFit NYC. I got dirt cheap deals and the classes are lots of fun:) I do a lot of walking particular when the weather's nice instead of taking the train.
