Food ideas for a picky eater

Help! I need some ideas on healthy stuff to eat, but I am a very picky eater. I periodically try things again to see if my tastes have changed but they almost never have. I need some good breakfast ideas the most. I dont eat fish, seafood of any kind, eggs, onions, tomatoes (although I love ketchup and spaghetti sauce weird I know), peppers. I dont like oatmeal or grapefruits, cucumbers (but I love dill pickles), brussell sprouts, spinach, cabbage, ruhdabega, zucchini, green olives, beets ect. Its a long list but I really want to eat more fresh things then packaged. Maybe some good recipes or meal ideas with out these foods in them would help so Im not eating the same thing the same way every day!

    Ive found recently its best to fuel your body first thing in the AM with protein. If you dont like sea food (which I dont either!) you can get the healthy fats from nuts instead. Think pepitas (high in potassium), peanuts (high in protein), really any kind you can find that arent roasted our salted because they naturally have sodium & roasting takes out the healthy fats like omega-3's. Turkey sausage is also AWESOME if you dont know ;) Im one of the pickiest eaters I know Liz.. so if I can find somethin I have faith you will too :) just my 2 cents, for what they are worth :flowerforyou:

    Thanks Amanda :) I would do nuts but the only ones I can eat are peanuts and cashews, Im allergic to like everything else lol. I can have almonds if they are in something or pecans in like pecan pie, I think because they are cooked, but otherwise nuts make my mouth itchy and my lips puff up, it sucks. I am also allergic to soy and certain fruit pectins so that limits a lot I can eat too. Like I cannot have fresh apples but I can have apple juice, apple sauce, and cooked apples. Something in the cooking process removes whatever Im allergic too. Its like that with a lot of fresh fruits plums, strawberries, peaches, I hate it! I do eat what I can a lot tho like oranges, bananas, grapes, melons and pineapple. I wish I was one of those people who liked and could eat everything. :ohwell:
