Is there a food group pyramid that informs us of what kinds of food intake we should have each day according to our designated calorie intake?

In Canada we have a pretty good Canadian Food Guide. Just google Food Guide.0

you should see 3 nutrition types in the columns in your food tab.
you can change these up to see what other amounts you should eat. That will be pretty static so you can just check once and know for future what you need (be sure to look again as your weight changes, the ratios won't change much, but the totals will). Unfortunately, the free nature of this site limits the amount of frills Mike can put into it (at least for the moment) so, as much as we all want more columns, for now it's not a reality.0
