HELP!!!!

I've over-eaten by 684 calories today! :frown:
Need to work it off bad but have no exercise equpt. not fit so cant jog/run and its night time :frown:
What do I do???? HELP! :frown:

    How much do you normally eat? You may still be under maintenance

    But honestly don't worry so much shrug it off and don't do it tomorrow

    MY goal is 1300 as I am trying to lose weight, so I try to eat maximum of that ammount

    so you would eat 1900cals today that is fine. No idea how tall you are but if I ate that and watched the kids all day ect I would still loose just a lot slower. Don't worry too much, go for a walk tomorrow and don't fuss over today. As long as it is just not one day and not all the time you will be fine

    Thanks :) Yeah I never count the fact that I am looking after 3 littlies, always manages to slip my mind that I am up and down because of them lol, so I prob have burnt more than I realize and my intake is prob not that bad then :) I keep forgetting, I walk my eldest to the bus stop, I walked around in car yards today carrying my 10 month old and in and out of the shop, so today I was fairly active I guess :) Thanks Ritajean3 :)
