Show me your 30 DS Results

My 30 DS will be here today and I am just wanting to see any results or read success stories from any person who has had success from it. Especially if you were 200+ lbs when you started it. If you have pictures can you please post them. Even if you don't have pics can you still post your success story. I guess I just want some encouragement on this journey!!! I just want to try something new to help me lose the weight and I've heard great things about the 30 DS!!

    Good Luck! I've been doing 30DS for about 2 weeks and I love it! I don't do it everyday like I should, more like every other. I started fairly fit but can already definately see my body sculpting itself.....GOOD LUCK! I don't have any pics! :(

    I don't have photos yet but I'm on day 8 of level 1 and down 3 lbs. I noticed a huge change in my mid section and checked to see if it had gotten smaller, sure enough it had by 2 inches!

    I started 30 day shred last night! I am starting out currently at 205. (have lost 24lbs since Feb) I have been using an elliptical, running and doing a little weight training and thought I had fairly good endurance... this DVD still kicked my butt big time! It is an awesome workout!! I obviously don't have a success story yet but if I can do this, anyone can! Stick to it and don't give up :). You will be great!

    I started level 2 last night. It's CRAZY but amazing! I lost 8.75" on the first level. GOOD LUCK!!! :)

    I don't have pictures but I am on day 3 of level 3 and I am seeing my body change. I have a vow renewal ceremony with my husband in a week and the dress I got was too tight and now it's loose. So that would be my success story. It definitely works!
  • On 30 day shred day 6, after first 3 days my body ached so had a few days off, now back with it, love it on level one for a further 4 sessions then moving onto level two, my plan is to complete 30 sessions, doing 10 session on each level. I am then moving onto the ripped in 30 days, my overall goal is fitness and loose some lbs on the way xx good luck i have sent you a friend request so i can monitor how things are going

    Be warned... first few days are a killer!! Today will be day 4 and my legs are just starting to feel 'normal' again... BUT, push through it - i already feel better after just 3 days.... Too excited to see end results!! Good luck x

    I completed 30DS in about 40 days...was also training for a race so I run 2-3 times a week. I will say that I was on Level 1 for 5 days (easiest) and it can fool you into thinking the DVD is easy. That is, until you hit Level 2 which is by far the hardest! I was on that level for 15 days. Then Level 3 for 10.

    I liked it so much I bought Ripped In 30 which I am doing now on Day 3 of 30 DS....that's how much of a difference I felt! Guys can do it, too, all you need are heavier weights. It took me a while to get through Level 2 without stopping....but the results are worth it.

    Don't forget to watch what you eat as well, because as Jillian says "you can eat your way through any amount of exercise". I think she has a free plan that comes with 30 DS.

  • I just started I'm on day 3 I can start to see more definition in my arms already so I'm gonna stay at it good luck everyone's stories are making me more hopeful :)

    I have day 1 and day 10 photos in my profile. Lost 5.75 inches.
