Delicious Almond Milk Pancakes

My 4 year old woke up this morning and wanted pancakes - normal for her, but I wanted them too, so I went to the Silk website and found these. They are so very good.
1 1/4 cup whole wheat, or unbleached, flour
1 Tbsp honey
2 tsp baking powder
1 cup Almond Milk (vanilla or original) - I added 1 tsp vanilla extract because I use the original almond milk
1 Tbsp light butter, melted
1 egg
Mix honey, milk, and egg well and set aside. In a bowl combine the flour and baking powder well, add into liquid mixture. Add butter and mix just until blended. Cook in a preheated skillet with a little non stick spray.
