Just curious.....but if you have no energy why not eat some carbs...Several studiies have shown there is no long term difference in fat loss between low carb/high carb diets in healthy individuals? The loss up from in low carb diets is due to decreased fluid retention/glycogen....

Yep, I've lost 175lbs of water weight! Keto-low carb is great. You probably didn't get any responses because people like the two low carb haters don't know how to keep their noses out of a post that is specifically asking for support from Keto/low carbers they kind of keep us from even posting because it's exhausting to have to defend your way of life to people who think they have it all figured out. I sent you a friend request. My diary is open, just ignore my cheat day and my date night! LOL

You keep doing what you're doing. Interesting that when I went Primal I lost 4% body fat in no time - with less exercise and no LBM loss. I guess that was from the water loss/glycogen depletion (and the reason carbs cause water retention? They inhibit sodium excretion in the kidneys. The body retains water to "balance out"). I also lost water weight the first six months following the calorie-restricted SAD. And why would I want to eat huge amounts of a macronutrient that makes my body retain water that it doesn't need to be holding onto. I no longer have TOM water gain either. (or a bloated belly; or IBS, eczema, hiatal hernia, cavities and breaking teeth, daytime sleepiness, etc. Wow, I could go on).
It does get easier. It takes a little time for your body to figure out that it already has something other than sugar to burn. It's used to that immediate fuel every few hours. Remember what you are doing is for your long-term health, not short-term weight loss.

If you feel like upping the carbs a bit go for berries or a sweet potato. Throw some full-fat cream on the berries or pastured butter on the sweet potato. Fat slows down the blood sugar response.

The first time i tried low carbs I was over exercising and not getting enough fats = Fail

This time I feel great and I am losing Body Fat .

You can carb up 1 hour before exercise or carb up once a week (the latter works for me)

I am keeping a diary of my experience if you want to check it out http://www.jefit.com/forum/showthread.php?14657-Jasons-Keto-Journal/page5

I did read that some people take 3 weeks to adjust to low carbs, If I were you I would persist 21 days is not a long time.

Also make sure you are getting enough fats in your daily intake.

I read to a common reason for low carb diet failure is not enough fats.

Out of curiosity, how much fat (g or %) are we talking? I think I've been having the same issue (I play rugby), that is why I've upped my carbs a bit this week.

I was winging it on low carbs, low fat, high protein, I didn't track my calories and use to run 10km in an hour 4 times a week, I was exhausted, had bad skin felt tired and miserable. this is probably typical of a low carb / Keto fail

It's only now I have calculated my macro's and made the minor adjustments based on results that its working well for me.

Sorry I cannot tell you how wrong my Macro's were because I never understood or tracked them when I failed.

I am currently on a 65% Fat 35% protein 5% carbs and go over my allowance by as much as 500 calories on workout days

    Calories Fat Protein Carbs
    Daily Goal 2,000 144g 150g 25g

I have no issue at all with people who want to do it.......This person did not seem too thrilled with the way their body feels on no/low carb. Everyone has to find what works for them. If you are most comfortable with no carb go for it. I'm not bashing your choice.
