Breakups
Breakups are hard in general I think, I am one of those people who takes them pretty hard. I have trouble sleeping and no appetite. What do you do to get through the hard times that first week when nothing sounds good but laying in bed moping?

This is probably not very good of me.
But when I would go through a break up, or now if I have a serious fight with my husband, I go out and buy a few things lol.
Like to fill the void. I dont like go crazy, but i just get a few things that i have been wanting. Like maybe a new outfit, or some new makeup, or even some new workout gear.
It normally helps lol. And plus it gets you out of the house and helps you forget.0 -
I don't really have great advice as I find breaking up to be easy and--can I say this--kind of an endorphin rush.
Really the best advice I can give you is that you're a human and your time on earth is limited. So laying in bed moping is a terrible way to waste the precious little time you have as a finite being.

            i write crappy break-up poetry.
no lie

Well in my experience, my first and only breakup happened 9 months ago... It was hard but I got through it by running everyday. I lost around 25 pounds after my breakup... That's how managed to get through it.
I think I staying busy and focusing on my happiness had helped me get through it. There were difficult times and even now after 9 months, I feel I still didn't deserve what I got but I'm happy now and thats all that matter0 -

My husband has been the first guy I ever dated so I never been through it but if he upsets me I take a nice walk outside which normally helps. Don't think about what should've been, think about now and concentrate on you.0

I'm not in to chicks but thanks
I struggle to work out because I struggle to eat enough for the energy I will require. But I will keep working on it. Thank you for the responses. They are helping. 0
