I have been using this website for a month or two now. I want to improve the rate of my progress and I feel I can do so if I add friends and can compete with them.. I want to add friends with similar weight goals and weight range to compete with equals..

Competition is always a bit more fun! Im female, 33 yrs, non-vegetarian lol My weight loss goal is at least 25 lbs. (from 182-157)
My weight range is somewhat higher than yours... ! The only thing I ask is if you are interested you have to do this right... Let me know what you think0 -

If you're not into the very low calorie diet, eating less than your BMR and such, you can count me in. I'm 5'3", 132 lbs, looking to lose 15-20 lbs (but not really important, as I am lifting and would rather gain muscle). Challenge = motivation!0

Im doing the same... I am working on losing the "flab" and building muscle at the same time. I guess you could say toningbut the "flab" gotta go!
