We all are excited when we get a unexpected NSV. What are some NSG that you all are aiming for. I am trying to come up with a list for myself and I am curious what other peoples NSG are.
My list so far:
- to be in single digit pant sizes
- to bounce, not giggle- yes there is a diffrence
- to out lift my husband
- to run a 5k
- to run 30 mins without stopping

18-20% body fat, and the kind of muscle tone that is still feminine, but strong...
To complete a half marathon running
To see the abs i can feel!
To not jiggle or have any rollover, but to be firm all over...0 -
Hmmm....
*18% body fat
*to fit back into a size 7
*to rock a bikini...without a coverup over it
*to run a 5k, 10k, and a half marathon
*to make my thighs and biceps pop a little more with muscle0 -
To have a waist size less than 40 inches.
To run a 5k without feeling like I'm dying.
Not sure if this qualifies but;
To be able to say that I'm comfortable with my weight and I'm just toning everything up.0 -
I want to be able to wear a bikini with confidence.0

I would love to just be "toning" myself up. I know I have lost alot but sometimes I dont see it. I am a very curvy girl and I have a hard time accepting my measurments as they go down if they do. I honestly would rather see the scale go down. I am 40-35-47. My 47 I am really uncomfortable with though I know it is one thing I wont get down much lower. I really hope running gives me the strength to be where I want to be and reduce those horrible numbers!0 -
- to be in single digit pant sizes
I'm a guy, that would be extra tough for me.0 -

haha yeah near impossible. Though mens sizing are accurate. Just need waist and height, u dont need to worry about thigh room and having a "pooch" in the back. If the boys are uncomfortable just add height. WHY CANT IT BE THAT SIMPLE FOR US?!?!?!?!?!0
