I've been doing a mix of power walking and jogging for the past few weeks or so. I try to jog for a little but, but I seem to get a bad cramp in the same spot all the time. I get it under my bottom rib on my right side. I usually pinch the skin hard and that seems to relieve the pain a bit, but it's kind of impractical. I've been doing my best to breathe in deeply and through the nose and out the mouth but it doesn't seem to help much. I wonder if my body will ever get used to jogging or if there is a better way of breathing I should try?
Thanks!
Thanks!

Sometimes muscle cramps happen because of a lack of hydration.. so make sure you drink plenty a while before you run (so you don't ache from the water) as well as afterwards.. !
stretching can also play a role so try a few stretches before you jog,. make sure your muscles are warmed up ..0 -
Sounds like you're not breathing properly. Breathe slowly and steadily, in through your nose, out through your mouth.0
