Hey Sheri ... nice to see you here. That sucks about the Quiznos ... lesson learned is right. The good thing is that now you'll never forget it. Anyway ... after all was said and done ... the massage was totally awesome ... I will definitely be seeing her again. I ended up having a tuna salad sandwich and a garden salad for dinner ... mmmmm ... yummy. Now I'm at my friend's house to take care of her teenage boy for the night ... we just got back from shopping ... he needed new cleets since he just made the football team. Why any human would want to go crashing into other humans in the name of sport is beyond me ... but hey ... whatever floats your boat right?0

I had a bowl of Vector cereal this morning I find that it really fills you up and stays with you for the morning. Today looks like homemade lasagna for lunch with snacks of a pear and fiber plus bar. Haven't really thought out dinner yet, I am going to a movie with a friend tonight so the test will be no popcorn! (I looooove theater popcorn) just for laughs I punced it in the diary....well needless to say I will not be having any:sad:

Good morning Sheri................ I see you are up and well on your way for today. It is just 5:30 AM here. Just getting up and thinking about my orange juice,
My husband has an early Doctor appt............ So I will take Sammy for his walk and mine too. Have breakfast and get ready to go grocer shopping when DH gets back.................. tomorrow is our WI day.............. My week has not been good a good one............. Where are you located Calie? I am in Nova Scotia Canada....starting to get really fall like outside but I like that better for walking,even though I don't get outside much because of the work schedule. I just finished 30 minutes on the treadmill and I will get 30 minutes on the bike soon so that will be my hour of cardio that I am trying to get each day. I won't do any free weights today I am only going to do those every other day.

Good Morning My Friends. Just to jump in on the conversation ... I live in Niagara Ontario Canada. So I slept at my friend's place last night to watch over things while she's on a business trip ... I love her bed ... so princess like ... big puffy soft lots of pillows ... so so comfy. I had some Kashi Go Lean for breakfast with "So Good" vanilla soy milk on it. It's really filling ... I haven't had that before and now I'm stuffed full. So as Calie mentioned ... tomorrow is our weigh in. I start a new thread each week. Once I do I'll post the path to the new thread here to make it easier to find. All you'll have to do is cut and paste the schedule from my post into your post and record your numbers. Is that clear as mud? I hope you all have a great day and that all the healthy decisions come easy for you.0

I am from New Jersey. It is getting kinda cold here too. The last couple of days have not been good for me. I have been eating a lot of stuff I really should'nt been eating and I have'nt been really watching that much what I eat the last couple of days and I was already on a stand still to begin with so not eating right did'nt help things. I am going to try real hard to get back on track starting today. So far so good, but its is just the morning. I am also hoping to excersice a little today. Something is better then nothing.

You can do it! I find planning out my day and sticking with it so much better for me. It seems if I am left to figure it out on my own I don't do so well lol. The exercise isn't a problem for me (I own a gym) I just have to make sure I do it. It's funny even though it's right in front of you, your not always motivated to do it. I know I can do this I have lost alot of weight in the past but was stuck here for quiet awhile and this is just what I needed to start again:drinker:

hi fellow campers. Kind of slow around here today. I guess everyone is busy.

Hey ladies, Idon't know if your all still on this board but I thought I would drop in to say hello:bigsmile:
I lost 4 lbs this week:happy: I am feeling really good about that. I know the first week is usually more so I just have to know not to get down if it's only 2lbs a week from now on. That's what happens to me I get frustrated and say to heck with it if I don't see big #'s every week.
So I am counting on you ladies to kick my butt :laugh:
