Yummy Healthy Smoothies :)

I have a few recipes for some healthy fruit smoothies if you want a nice healthy cooling summer treat...or well, good for any time. A lot of these I made and they're delicious!!

Ginger Jolt Smoothie
1 apple, cored, peeled and sliced
1 lemon, peeled and seeded
1/2 cup filtered water
1/2 cup ice
1 (2-inch) piece of fresh ginger root, peeled and crushed.

Papaya and Kiwi Smoothie
1 cup vanilla soy milk or almond milk
1 cup papaya
1 peeled kiwi fruit
1/2 teaspoon honey
Dash of cinnamon
2-4 ice cubes

Stress Reliever Strawberry Smoothie
2 1/2 cups strawberries
1/2 cup Jumex Strawberry Nectar, 12.5 oz.
1 pitted peach
1 cup low-fat plain yogurt or strawberry yogurt if you don’t have the nectar.
2 cups ice

Cranberry Smoothie
1 cup cranberries
2/3 cup cran-raspberry juice
1 cup raspberries
8 oz of yogurt, preferabbly Raspberry
1 1/2 cups of ice

Frozen Blueberry Smoothie Recipe
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup 1% skim or 1% milk
2 tablespoons honey
2-3 ice cubes (optional)
