What Happens if I go over in the fiber.... I thought Fiber was good??? Filling???

Nothing happens if you increase slowly. I get over 35 grams a day, but I increased slowly. If you increase too fast your new best friend will be the toilet.0

If you were not a big fan of fiber prior deciding this journey, add it slowly. Adding too much fiber too quickly to your diet can cause cramping, gas, and a very real need to get to the toilet quickly. Make sure as you increase your fiber (especially insoluble fiber) that you drink enough water.
Fiber is good for your digestive system and for cholesterol. It does help you feel full longer if it is part of your meal.0 -
