I have to lose some wait in order to get my health back on track I have had some heart trouble also I now should eat foods that are not any good any more so does anyone have any idea.

I understand your problem. I had a heart attack about 4 yrs. ago and had to have open heart surgery....was taken off salt then. I am a diabetic so no sugar. Try using lemon juice and other seasonings. I buy sugar free pudding and chocolates. I like equal sweetener, but there are other newer kinds out there that I haven't tried, but I hear are good. Feel free to add me.0
