I have 30ds and have done it before, HOWEVER, I have since quit smoking and NEED motivation with others doin it also along with a friend of mine that is getting back on the wagon. I have 25 pounds to go and need it to go away! Please send me the stuff and add me in.0

no matter how much I try, I cannot seem to eat enough to eat even the 1200 calories on my rec caloric intake....I really do try...even sometimes with a splurge day of small slice of something sweet....but I dont feel guilty as I work out everyday with cardio and weights, and eat healthy....even take supplements and due to not ingesting a lot of calcium through milk a/o yogurt or other sources have gotten liquid calciuue to my age (hate to admit going to be 4-0 next month uggghhhhh lol)....I know that eating frequent small meals is key and it is very unhealthy not to eat....I DO NOT have eating DX and do not want negative feedback....I have lost weight so far....I have back injury and am looking to lose weight and strengthen my core as per MD REC...and suggestions for ways to encourage me to eat more low cal ????? I work out hard and do not want to get ill0
