How often should I measure?

How often and what measurements do you take? One more question; DO you measure thighs together or one leg at a time???

    It's pretty much up to you how often you measure. I go with once a month because I don't think you see much change on a weekly basis. I measure my calf, thigh, waist, hips and bust. You should also measure one thigh at a time. You want to know what you are losing in the thigh, inch wise.

  • I measure myself once a month, the 15th to be exact. I also measure chest, arm, thigh (together), waist, and neck. I think I got them all, lol.
