How long until you reach your goal weight?

By the end of the year, if I'm consistent. Will be the best Christmas gift ever.0

I'm working towards a goal of September. May not be attainable, but I'll keep trying!0
-
Don't know, but I'll get there.
The body is a funny thing. Weeks when it would do well it doesn't, weeks when it shouldn't it does.
This is a lifestyle for me so it doesn't matter to me. I'll get there and then I'll stay there.
Good luck.0 -
Lost 30 pounds in an year. With that in mind it will be close to 2 years to reach my goal.0

At 1lb a week, I will get to goal by my 45th birthday in January 2013, BUT I am realistic, whilst I am ahead of target now, there are gong to be family holidays and Christmas between now and then, so it may take a bit longer.0

At the rate I'm losing, maybe in a few years (if ever). :devil:0

So far this year, on average, i've lost 1 pound per week. If that rate keeps up I will hit my initial goal the second week of August. With less than 15 pounds to go, it would be nice to speed it up *just* a little, but i'm focusing more on being healthy and in better shape than restricting calories, so i'm fine either way. When I get to my initial goal i'll re-evaluate and see if I need to lose any more or just try to attain better muscle definition.0

Aiming for July.0

Took me 3 years, I took my time.. Slow & easy won my race.0

I've only just started a few days ago so I'm not sure how much I've lost but I'm hoping for 30kg in 8 months0
-
I am hoping to lose my 45lbs by December!0
-
It took me 6 months to be at a healthy weight and 2 more months to hit my goal. Ahhhh, that was 4 years ago now. I'm now 5 lbs under the goal weight from back then. :laugh:0
-
i thought it would be this summer but i only lost 5 pounds so far :sad:0

I'm 136 right now, I'd like to be at 130 by June 1st. If not by then, then June 8th. I started at 172# on January 27th.0
-
October if I can maintain at this rate.0
-
I have 20-25 pounds left to go and my goal is to have lost those by this come Christmas / Newyears time if not sooner0
-
im aiming for july but might come quicker if my depression sets n deeper...0
-
on paper I should reach it in about 3 or 4 months.
Would be great if I can.0 -
I'm aiming for mid-July, which will be my 1 year mark. I have 11lbs. to go, so it's definitely realistic, achievable and oh so close!!0
-
May/June 2013. I had 100 pounds to lose at my start weight... 35 pounds down.0
-
My goal date seems a long way off............February 1, 2013. I hope to be 100 lbs lighter0
-
Took me three years! I reached my goal yesterday.
Congrats on reaching your goal!!
For me: I would like to lose 17lbs, at less than .5/wk, so...
Ideally, by the end of October?
Realistically, probably not until next February...:grumble:
ETA: I don't really care about the scale weight, I just want less than 20% body fat! Hopefully, that can be accomplished through lifting heavy!0 -
6-7 weeks until my first goal which is the upper limit of healthy BMI which I have not been for 9 years!
Then I will reset goal to lose another 9 kg - probably end of August if all goes well.
Then the test of maintenance will follow!
Anyone have any advise about the latter?0 -
Right now, I'm doing mini goals of 10 pounds.
Gosh, I haven't thought of a month, but since you brought it to my attention, I am shooting for May 2013. As for the magic #...84 pounds and then will take it from there.0 -
Need to lose another 40-50lbs, which I hope I can do this year, but it may be Jan/Feb 2013 if I lose 1lb/week for 40-50 weeks. Seems such a long way off! But at the end of the day it doesn't matter how long it takes, since I'll be doing it for the rest of my life.0
-
Well, if I lose 1lb a week I will be at my goal in October. BUT it took me 2+ years to lose the 90 I have lost so far, so probably longer:)0
