I'm thinking of buying a kettlebell. I see some of them come with DVDs. Does anyone have a kettlebell workout they like?

I love love love my kettlebell! I bought the Kettleworx dvd set 2 yrs ago when I found it Target on clearance for $18. It came with the 6 dvds and a 20 lb kettlebell.
The cardio dvd has 6 separate 25 min workouts on it, and they are hard, but doable. And I don;t get bored (and I always get bored wih at-home workouts!) When I can't use the 20# bell for some of the exercises, I switch to a 10 lb handweight and it works just fine. The dvds themselves though, are what is great! I feel more toned after doing them, and they burn a ton of calories. I have even continued doing the workout while pregnant, and I'm going strong at 21 weeks!

What is the calorie burn like with these kettlebell routines?
I have seen them mentioned a few times recently, but not looked into it.
I need something other than my stationary bike to do at home, as that gets so boring.

I just started Jillian Michaels' Shred it With Weights' this week and I like it. I started with a 5lb. kettlebell, but found that it was too light so upping it to the 10lb. kettlebell.

Also, do you just need one kettlebell, and what weight should one start with, if new to it ?

If you drop a kettlebell on concrete, do you get kettle chips?

    I LOVE kettle chips!

What about kettle corn? Sweet, yet salty. Can't get enough of that stuff :)

I did some research that said 21 calories burned/minute with kettle bells.
