NSVs galore...

So, despite slacking off a bit for the last few weeks and maintaining instead of losing, I've been running into lots of NSVs...
I went to visit my mom and extended family, none of them have seen me since I started losing. 3 days of people telling me how amazing I look and how proud of me they are? WIN.
I just bought a pair of slacks for work. FROM THE MISSES DEPARTMENT. Sure, they're a little snug still, but to me that's better than having them falling off. and did I mention they were FROM THE MISSES DEPARTMENT?! (I started as a 26, am now an 18!)
On the same shopping trip as above, I saw a cute dress in the misses, grabbed an XL, and it fit. this is weird to me. Tonight, I went out again, and was pulling XLs on instead of 1X (or 2 or 3 for that matter.)
Airplane seats and seat belts, I no longer fear you. When flying back from the above-mentioned trip, I was on a tiny puddle-jumper plane and there was a large couple in front of me, and I watched them cramming into their seats and then both asking for extenders and it broke my heart. I remember that humiliation and shame, no one should have to feel that way.
Went to the beach last weekend and kept hearing how awesome I'm looking from my boyfriend. Compliments in a bathing suit? Keep em coming, please!
Anyway, I'm mostly writing this to remind myself of how far I've come, and what i've gained by losing so much. I'm about halfway there, and ready to shake this rut I've been stuck in, so here I go!
